Projects for REEF RESIDENCE, a private club residence in Sochi
Cellular Amplification System (CAS) of REEF RESIDENCE* private club residence
The cellular amplification system uses Active Distributed Antenna System (DAS) technology.
V-LUX specialists had to solve the problem of ensuring reliable access to the services of all mobile operators in
the region, both indoors and on the territory of the residence.
A complex multidisciplinary project, in addition to the cellular amplification system, includes a cable television system
with the broadcast of more than 350 programs.
The first phase of the project was large-scale design and survey work, the result of which was a detailed study of the
existing reception conditions, development of design and executive documentation.
Based on the results of the survey and design, a technical solution was proposed consisting of the following elements:
-
Antenna post with directional external antennas for communication with base stations of Beeline, Megafon and MTS
operators DCS-1800, UMTS-2100 and LTE-2600 standards;
- Low noise amplifiers on these ranges;
-
DAS main unit (MU) with optical interfaces for communication with remote units (RU) via fiber optic.
From remote units, signal over coaxial cables (50 Ohm feeders) is evenly distributed between antennas installed inside
the building.
The cellular communication amplification system of the REEF RESIDENCE private club residence in Sochi not only serves the
function of improving the quality of mobile communication services, but also complies with all sanitary and environmental
requirements for such solutions. In addition, the V-LUX specialists during the design and installation of CAS solved the problem
of minimizing the effects of CAS on other communication objects and telecommunication systems.
